All commercial and residential real estate transactions are handled by our Title Agency Manager Tiffany Lykins and newest Assistant Closing Coordinator, Chassidy Hunt. Our team is committed to providing efficient, accurate, and reliable title services for Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers alike. After training with one of our most veteran employees, Title Agency Manager Tiffany Lykins coordinates closings, processes title commitments, and issues policies. Chassidy Hunt joined the SASTA team in 2022 after working in the Ross County, Ohio Recorder's Office learning the other end of process; she is working closely with our Title Agency Manager to gain the skills and knowledge to help with future real estate tranactions.

President Matthew E. Johnson, Esq. oversees the title agency as a licensed title agent. Associate Attorneys Morgan M. Lyles and Mickellea M. Tennis are also a part of the SAS Title team, completing closings for the Agency. Rest assured that when a legal matter arises concerning title or a related issue, the oversight of these in-house attorneys can bring a certainty and confidence that these matters will be handled properly. The firm also has experience and expertise in handling 1031 Like-kind Exchange transactions, whether that be acting as counsel for the taxpayer or serving as a qualified intermediary.
